Shipping Policy

Shipping fees: 

Our shipping fees depend on your country of residence and are therefore accessible once you try to place an order in the shop. Shipping for Germany starts at €6 and internationally at €18. This includes a special insured packaging, fulfilment and shipping. We unfortunately cannot offer free delivery, as the actual packaging material costs us approx. 4€ for a 12 bottles box and approx. €6 for an 18-bottle box, plus actual shipping fees, and most importantly - we’d like to pay a fair wage to our team. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the entire supply chain sustainable and fair. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a country where your government may require additional taxes or duty to be paid for receiving alcohol (such as Finland or Sweden, as examples), you are responsible for deciding to declare this. By purchasing wines from Vinofactum, you accept full responsibility in deciding whether to declare and pay additional taxes for your wines. Vinofactum will not incur any such charges, should they arise.
