At Vinofactum, we believe that great wine should travel smoothly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our bottles straight to your doorstep.
Our shipping partner of choice is UPS, and we always use their Carbon Neutral shipping option. Your shipment is insured against theft, loss and damage. In Berlin, we deliver mostly by cargo bike so your order is even more sustainable!

📦 Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
💸 Free shipping for orders over €70 (€6 for orders under €70)
We also enable free pick-up at our storage in Neckarstrasse 19 in Berlin Neukölln. Simply select this method at checkout and one of our team members will contact you afterward and arrange the pick-up time with you. (Usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but always wait for our prior confirmation.)

- We currently only ship within the EU. (Sorry, wine geeks in Norway, UK and Switzerland.)
- Your wines are packed with love, care and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link from UPS so you can eagerly await your CEE treasures!

If you live in a country where your government likes to add extra taxes or duties on alcohol imports (looking at you, Finland & Sweden), it’s up to you to decide whether to declare and pay them.
