How the wine is made

Grapes were harvested by hand, put in the press as whole bunches where they macerated for a few hours, and then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation without any additions. Once the residual sugar level dropped to the desired level, the wine was bottled and let to finish its fermentation in bottle, capturing the CO2. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged. Zero sulfur added.

A true family affair with the second generation – Jakub, his wife Sandra and sister Zuzana – following in their father's footsteps in Kobylí, Moravia. Avid believers in biodynamics and fans of qvevri, you can be sure these wines are as natural as it gets!
