Iva Měřínská: Ruš Orange 2021

Pinot Gris harvested late, resulting in a fuller body, higher alcohol and more powerful structure. The wine spent 5 weeks on skins and 10 months in oak barrels. Aromas of geranium, yellow apple, ripe pear, apricot and lemon peel. Complex and powerful. Goes great with creamy pasta and roasted duck. Best served slightly chilled.
