Štemberger: Pet Nat White

This blend of 70% Vitovska and 30% Istrian Malvasia shows aromas of yellow apple, peach, apricot, quince and sourdough starter. A bottle of cloudy, juicy goodness with a lively fizz. It can get a bit too excited to get out of the bottle and face the world sometimes so make sure to chill it in the freezer for at least an hour and have a glass ready when opening.
